Living in three cities

Housing

Accommodation is key to ensuring your well-being during the Leading Hospitality Innovation study programme. Securing accommodation in Maastricht, Dublin and Barcelona takes time so don’t wait to arrange it because the student housing market gets busier every year. Rent prices vary significantly for a room in a student house or a shared apartment. Additional costs like gas, electricity and water are often excluded.

Maastricht

The Social Hub

To get you off to a good start, each year we reserve a limited amount of rooms at The Social Hub for the Maastricht semester based upon availability. For the semester starting in September '24, more information in terms of availability and rates will follow in January '24.

The Social Hub is a student accommodation which offers a fully-furnished room, private bathroom, spaces to work and relax and on-site staff to assist 24/7. Rent includes monthly linen and room cleaning, gym access, free bike sharing and many more facilities.

Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, so let us know as soon as possible if you wish to book one of these rooms. Once you're admitted to the programme, you will receive more detailed information on this option.

Dublin

Dublin is a vibrant and busy city, so accommodation is usually in demand. During your LHI time in Dublin staying in a student accommodation hub may be the option for you.

Barcelona

Barcelona is a cosmopolitan city with more than one and a half million inhabitants. The largest city you will experience during your LHI study programme. Finding a place to call home, especially when you are in a foreign country, is very important. IQS does not have its own accommodation but there are agreements with residence halls and companies that offer accommodation for students. The Student Life Office is happy to help you with this process.
